TERMS & CONDITIONS

*Services are only confirmed once a £10 deposit has been received payable via paypal: https;//paypal.me/destressexpress/

*No refunds on treatments, unless for medical reasons. The deposit is carried forward to a future booking of 24 hours notice to reschedule is given.

*Any appointment postponements/cancellations should be done at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.

*All of our treatments are available as a mobile service, with a minimum spend of £40 required (inclusive of travel charge)

*Services that require patch tests such as IPL/tinting/lashes will require a visit prior to treatment.

* Mobile services are available within a 9 mile radius of Kingston (£5 call out fee applies to any callout beyond 2.5 miles)
